SameDayBid is a Dion Innovations product. This page explains what we collect, why, and who helps us run the service.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address.
- Accounts: your email address, the business details you enter (such as business name, logo, phone, address and terms), your price sheets, voice memos and their transcripts, site photos, invoices you upload to build a price sheet, and the proposals you create, including the client details you add to them.
- Sending estimates: your client's email address and a record of each send (date and delivery status).
- Billing: Stripe handles your card details. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your subscription status, not your card number.
Why we use it
To sign you in, build and store your proposals and PDFs, send the estimates you ask us to send, run billing, and email waitlist members when subscriptions open.
Service providers
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: hosting.
- OpenAI: transcribing voice memos, turning them into line items and a scope summary, and reading invoices you upload.
- Resend: sending sign-in emails and estimate emails.
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
We never sell your data, and we don't share waitlist or user email addresses with anyone except the providers above, who handle data only to run SameDayBid.
Cookies
We use a cookie only to keep you signed in.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and files (memos, photos, price sheets and proposals). Email tj@samedaybid.com. Clients whose email a contractor added can also ask for deletion at the same address.
